The rates listed are our standard base prices, but they may be adjusted based on various factors such as the size of the property, ease of access, terrain, and conditions like rocks, bark, weeds, dirt, or overgrown yards. Additionally, dogs with digestive issues, such as diarrhea or loose stools, may result in an extra charge. Below the table of our base rates, you’ll find pricing for additional services available alongside your regular pet waste removal. Disinfecting and Hosing off: We provide disinfecting of small areas such as patios and dog runs if there is a water spigot easily accessible. Starting at $5.00 per visit.
Large Yards: If there is more than 1/8 of an acre of serviceable yard, we will charge an additional $4.00 minimum per 1/8 acre.
One time clean up fees: Less than 4 months since last clean up – 45 minutes = $64.75 (minimum) then charged $15 for every 15 minutes thereafter.
Temporary (Vacation) Cleaning: Call for pricing and availability.
Pet Waste Station Maintenance: 1 station $15.00 per visit, 2-4 $9.50 each per visit – 5 or more, call for pricing.
High Strength Odor Control: Starting at $15.00 each application. Each application covers large size patio or dog run.
