Scoop Masters Rates Thousand Oaks and Conejo Valley
These are the base rates and may be adjusted according to size of property, access, terain and other factors. These include rocks, bark, weeds, dirt and unkept yards. Dogs with digestive issues may incur an additional charge. (Diarrhea, loose stool) Below the table of our base rates are our rates for other services we provide in addition to your basic service. Some areas in the Conejo Valley/Thousand Oaks area may incur a drive time charge depending on location and gated communities. We will let you know when we confirm service with you and before we start service.

Additional Pet Waste Removal Service Rates
A one time, first visit surcharge may apply if property has not been cleaned recently!
A drive time surcharge may be added for properties located in mountain areas.
Disinfecting and Hosing off: We provide disinfecting small areas/dog runs as long as there is an operable hose and water spigot readily available, for $6.00 per visit. However, if we have to use our own hose we will charge and additional $5.00 per visit.
One time clean up fees: Less than 4 months since last clean up – 1/2 hour = $45.00 (minimum) then charged $15 for every 15 minutes thereafter.
Temporary (Vacation) Cleaning: One dog = $18.00 per day, $3.00 per day for each add’l dog.
Pet Waste Station Maintenance: 1 station $15.00 per visit, 2-5 $9.50 each per visit – 6+ stations, call for pricing. Replacement poop bags included!
High Strength Odor Control: Application up to 500 Square feet $20.00 each application.

We use Bark Plus, Dogipot, DoggieWalk bags, or generic bags guaranteed to fit your existing dispensers. We also have the pull strap bags and the tissue style bags. We’ll also let you know when minor repairs are needed so they can remain functional for your homeowners or tenants.
