Specials Restrictions and Details

As with any advertised specials and promotional codes, there has to be a few stipulations in place to cover our rears.

All of the following apply to all specials, unless otherwise stated:

Any and all specials or promo codes do NOT include the first cleaning if it has not been cleaned within the previous week. The first-time cleaning will be determined by the service tech at the time of the first visit and charged the regular rate for a first-time visit. Any first-time cleaning that takes longer than 20 minutes is subject to this charge.

Any specials that involve a “month” as the timeframe for the use of a promo code will actually be 4 consecutive weeks and does not apply to bi-weekly service.

No promo code will apply to any commercial account. This includes HOAs, homeowner’s associations, apartments, parks, walking trails, and any other non-residential property.

Only one promo code per client may be used, and only new clients may use promo codes.

Promo codes may not be used more than once and cannot be used in conjunction with any other special offer or promotional offer.

It is entirely up to the client to inform Scoop Masters if a promo code was not properly applied.

Scoop Masters pet waste removal is not responsible for cached versions of expired specials that may appear in search results.

Specials and discounts apply only to scooping service. Cross sells like sanitizing, curb service, disinfecting, hosing off may have their own specials and discount codes.

Scoop Masters pet waste removal service reserves the right to amend, revoke or modify these specials based on location. Each Scoop Masters location is independently owned and operated by their respective owners and each have the option to accept or reject offers and specials submitted by other locations.
